In this one-day introductory workshop I will show you a step-by-step method for using self hypnosis to create whatever you want in your life. Each step builds on the previous one to take you into an awareness of the most powerfully creative state of mind - The Creation State.

The Creation State is the ultimate state of self realisation. It is a heightened state of faith that comes with an understanding of how your mind works and how successful people realise their goals. Many of the ideas I'll share with you turn conventional thinking on its head but actually makes the whole process of creating much easier.
